Founder & CEO
John Peloquin, PhD, MBA, is a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare executive and innovator whose career has been dedicated to improving long-term recovery outcomes through measurement-based care. As Founder and CEO of Straight Path, he brings together leading clinicians, researchers, academic institutions, and technology partners to redefine how treatment effectiveness is measured and to help providers deliver more personalized, data-driven care. Previously, as President and CEO of Discovery Behavioral Health, John led the merger of Cliffside Malibu and Center for Discovery, building one of the nation's premier behavioral healthcare organizations while pioneering the use of patient-reported outcomes to improve treatment success. He also developed Discovery365®, an innovative post-treatment engagement platform designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience—including senior roles with Acadia Healthcare, CRC Health Group, and Vital Imaging—John continues to shape the future of behavioral healthcare by advancing solutions that prioritize lasting recovery, measurable outcomes, and lives fully restored.

Dr. Troy Kurz, MD, MS

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Troy Kurz, MD, MS, is a board-certified psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer of Right Path Recovery, where he provides clinical leadership and oversees the organization's medical strategy for addiction and mental health treatment. Double board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Dr. Kurz combines expertise in psychopharmacology, ketamine therapy, and integrative psychiatry with a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and completed both his psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of California, Riverside. A recognized advocate for integrating clinical informatics and measurement-based care into behavioral health, Dr. Kurz has contributed to published research on graduate medical education, suicide risk prediction, and the pharmacologic treatment of stuttering. He is dedicated to advancing innovative, data-driven approaches that improve outcomes for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions.

Chris Diamond

Chief Operations Officer
Chris Diamond is Chief Operations Officer of Integrated Behavioral Health Group and brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across the behavioral healthcare continuum. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Discovery Behavioral Health, where he helped expand the organization's psychiatric and telehealth services nationwide. His extensive career includes executive leadership roles with Universal Health Services, PSI/Acadia, and Meadows Behavioral Healthcare, serving as CEO, COO, President, and Chief Development Officer for organizations and treatment facilities across Arizona, California, and Texas. With expertise spanning direct patient care, clinical operations, business development, and organizational growth, Chris has played a pivotal role in building and scaling leading behavioral health organizations. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Temple University and completed graduate coursework in educational psychology, bringing both clinical insight and operational excellence to his leadership.

Chris Hammett

VP, Sales & Clinical Outreach
Chris Hammett is Vice President of Sales & Clinical Outreach for Integrated Behavioral Health Group, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience in behavioral health spanning business development, operations, admissions, marketing, and strategic growth. Beginning his career as a behavioral health technician in a high-acuity treatment setting, he developed a firsthand understanding of the clinical and operational needs of individuals seeking recovery, which has informed his progression into executive leadership. Prior to behavioral healthcare, Chris built his management expertise within the hospitality industry, shaping a service-driven approach focused on relationship building, exceptional client experiences, and organizational excellence. As an active member of the recovery community, he combines lived experience with deep industry knowledge to foster meaningful partnerships, strengthen referral networks, and expand access to quality care. His unique blend of operational leadership, business development expertise, and authentic commitment to recovery has earned him the trust and respect of providers and referral partners throughout the behavioral health community.

Alyson Albano, M.S., LMFT, PMH-C

Vice President of Clinical Operations
Alyson Albano, M.S., LMFT, PMH-C, is Vice President of Clinical Operations for Integrated Behavioral Health Group, bringing more than 18 years of experience leading clinical operations, quality improvement, and organizational transformation across behavioral healthcare. A licensed clinician and healthcare executive, she specializes in developing scalable clinical systems that improve patient outcomes, strengthen regulatory performance, and support measurement-based care. Throughout her career, Alyson has led enterprise-wide initiatives in clinical operations, quality, compliance, digital health, and performance improvement, including the development of an Enterprise Clinical Model, standardized quality oversight frameworks, and innovative tools that enhance clinical excellence and workforce development. She is recognized for leveraging technology to streamline documentation, improve clinician efficiency, and elevate the patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and evidence-based care. Alyson also collaborated with Harvard-affiliated researchers on behavioral health outcomes and has contributed to advancing outcome measurement and clinical best practices across the industry.
